Job Description: :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive/Manager with experience in the interior FiTOUT and industrial fit-out sector MEP WORK . The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth by promoting our design and fit-out services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the interior and industrial fit-out market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, PMC, and contractors.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, cold calling, site visits, and industry events.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with design, estimation, and project teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Keep updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Maintain CRM and track sales pipeline and performance metrics.
- Attend pre-bid meetings, pitch presentations, and follow up on RFPs and RFQs.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Marketing, Interior fITOUT MEP , or a related field.
- Proven track record in business development or sales within the interior/fit-out industry.
- Strong network of industry contacts – especially with architects, consultants, and real estate developers.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in commercial, retail, hospitality, or industrial fit-out sectors.
- Understanding of design and build process and ability to explain technical concepts to clients.
- Familiarity with construction timelines, budgeting, and procurement processes.
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement business growth strategies aligned with company goals.
- Identify new market opportunities in interior fit-out, construction, or MEP sectors.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Identify and target potential clients, consultants, architects, and contractors.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business.
- Represent the company in meetings, presentations, and networking events.
Tendering & Proposal Management:
- Lead the preparation and submission of EOIs, RFQs, RFPs, and tender documents.
- Coordinate with estimation, design, and technical teams for competitive proposals.
Market Intelligence:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client behavior.
- Gather insights to enhance service offerings and pricing strategies.
Brand Building & Marketing:
- Support marketing efforts such as campaigns, exhibitions, digital presence, and collateral development.
- Ensure company branding is consistent and professional across all platforms.
Sales Target Achievement:
- Set, monitor, and achieve sales targets and business KPIs.
- Track pipeline activities and regularly report to top management.
Accountability:
- Directly responsible for business generation, client engagement, and revenue growth.
- Acts as the face of the company for external stakeholders in acquiring new business.
Required Expertise:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in construction/interior/engineering sectors.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Understanding of contracting processes, tendering, and project lifecycles.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and proposal documentation.
